I love the cross trainer and normally do it for about 10 mins twice, then jogging for 5 on the treadmill.
I go on the bikes for 5 mins to warm up and 5 mins after to warm down after a session so that I don’t get so many aches and pains over the next few days.
There’s not much else in the gym I got to at the moment but I’m joining another gym soon aver the road from where I work, to go in my lunch hour so are there any other exercises that you could recommend.
Also, I have this body glide thing at home, which is like a bike but gives the same sort of work out as a rowing machine, how long should i spend on there each day?
Any other exercises or fitness equipment you could recommend?
