I did 20 minutes on a rowing machine (SO much harder than it sounds if you have ever done it than you know) and was wondering if it was bad to have things that have real sugar as opposed to natural sugar about 45-an hour afterwards. If not how long should you wait? cuz i know you should eat like a fitness bar or banana after but a while after is sugar ok??? Thanks….just don’t wanna hurt my body cuz I have rowing again tomorrow.

I have to design a fitness circuit which has 10/12 stations and i need to include muscular and cardiovascular activites in it. Does anyone know any which does include like big machines (eg. treadmill, rowing machine,etc.)
