Another question on weight loss….?

At the moment i am really unhappy with my weight and am very motivated to lose some. I am currently 70kg, 5 foot 6, size 12 (australian) clothing and do have a bit of muscle.

I want to get down between 62 – 64kg. First off is this an unrealistic goal?

I was thinking of running 5 mornings a week. At the moment i run once a week and i usually do:
10 min walk warm up
45 min run (will increase up to 60 mins once my fitness is up) – usually stop a few times
10 min warm down
10 weights
50 sit ups on a swiss ball.

Should i change this around?

My job is a retail person at a big chemist warehouse so i am lifting stuff and walking aound 5 days a week.

When i ;ose weight i usually tone and my body shape changes then i lose weight. Do you think thta what i am doing/will do will help out?

(We own running machine, rowing machine, bike machine, weight machine)
