  1. @BubbleButt88, she makes for a very handsome woman. Good looking people just look good regardless of their gender, especially when physically fit.

Thanks for the video. I just bought a rowing machine and I am trying to figure out how to use it correctly before I get super discouraged from doing it wrong.

i would go with the olympian because she’s probably been rowing longer then the fitness trainer, but i do agree, her form is a little off.

I would probably trust the Canadian Olympic rower to a fitness trainer. Why would you trust somebody who is a generalist when you have a specialists’ expert opinion. She clearly knows a lot more about the ins and outs of rowing.

Great video! I just tried this out at the gym and her advice was a huge help.

  19. great information and tutoring, thanks a lot hon, dont care about all those retards giving you bs in other videos, you would most probably fuk the shit out of them with those strong legs and arms:), thank you.

  20. “Retarded Canadian”? She is an Olympic rower…to call her retarded is ridiculous. Anyways her videos are great.

  21. her form is much different from other videos ive seen.

Do i trust the retarded canadian rower or fitness trainer…decisions decisions

  22. I am looking for a rowing machine that is a quality machine, but either takes up little space or is easy to store, as I am working with limited space issues. Anyone have any recommendations?
