    Hey, my name is Ella I am national champion for my age group for indoor rowing I have recently joined a rowing club because it’s something I would like to take further. from what I could see your technique is great, although when you are at your furthest point forward the back of your seat is touching your heels, this is because your back is straight if you lean forward you’ll find this won’t happen, I look forward to your reply, HAPPY ROWING!! :)
